Do features differ between plans?
No. Every plan has the same features: only the price changes, based on company size.
How is my company size determined?
Using the criteria of Directive 2013/34/EU, referenced by the EUDR: balance sheet total, net turnover and average number of employees. A company falls into a size class if it stays within at least 2 of the 3 thresholds.
What is storage for?
Keeping DDS and due diligence documentation for 5 years, as the regulation requires. The ADM add-on adds storage for customs declarations.
How much does it cost to set up the customs flow?
It depends on your customs setup: we quote it on request.
